When you join the Wynnmere community you will be living in a luxury custom designed home, although Wynnmere offers five standard designs each owner has the ability to create a truly unique home. We will work closely with each homeowner to develop a design reflecting their individual wants and needs. The Wynnmere homes will be built on demand; this affords the owner the opportunity to be involved in the selection of all their interior finish options. The level of owner involvement is variable, we can turn over a complete unit without any homeowner involvement or we will work as closely as needed with the owner.
